The Role

We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Support & Implementation Manager who knows GHL inside and out—and actually enjoys helping clients win. You’ll be the go-to person for snapshot optimization, onboarding, AI implementation, and day-to-day support while helping us evolve how we serve clients.

This starts as part-time (~20 hours/week, Mon–Fri, US hours) with a clear path to ramp up (we’ve got the business).

Snapshot Optimization

  • Continuously improve and update snapshots as GoHighLevel releases new features

  • Ensure snapshots stay clean, scalable, and client-ready

Client Onboarding

  • Onboard new clients into GHL smoothly and confidently

  • Ensure systems are implemented correctly and clients understand what they have

AI Implementation (Native & Non-Native)

  • Implement GoHighLevel native AI features

  • Integrate non-native AI tools where it makes sense for the client’s business

General GHL Support

  • Handle day-to-day support requests (logic issues, workflows, automations, “why is this broken” moments)

  • Troubleshoot fast and communicate clearly

Website & Funnel Updates

  • Make website and funnel changes directly inside GoHighLevel

Zapier & Integrations

  • Build and maintain Zapier integrations between GHL and external tools

Client-Facing Communication

  • Communicate confidently with clients via Slack, email, or calls

  • Translate “tech speak” into plain English

Growth & Innovation

  • Bring new ideas to the table on how we can improve systems, onboarding, and client results

Your Responsibilities

  • 1+ Year of direct GHL experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

  • Comfortable with Zapier and third-party integrations

  • Experience onboarding clients and supporting live accounts

  • Solid understanding of automations, workflows, pipelines, triggers, and funnels

  • Diagnose and resolve software services, solutions and product related issues

  • Interest or experience implementing AI tools in business workflows

  • Align with Shop Launch values

  • Preferred experience in other marketing softwares including ClickFunnels, Active Campaign, Wordpress, Zapier and more.

  • Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently to assist in research and resolution of customer issues.

Our Perfect Candidate

  • 1+ years of direct experience in GoHighLevel.

  • Experience in a customer facing technical support role.

  • Enjoys and thrives in a customer facing role.

  • Preferred experience in other marketing softwares including ClickFunnels, Active Campaign, Wordpress, Zapier and more.

  • CSS, HTML and Javascript knowledge is a plus.

  • Passion and drive to consistently go the extra mile with solutions and relationships with the team and customers.

  • Strong communication skills around customer service – can defuse situations where partners and/or customers may be frustrated.

  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Self-driven discovery of the product features to increase technical expertise.

  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to understand processes in order to provide quick & robust resolutions to problems.

  • A self-motivated, strategic creative thinker with a drive for execution excellence.

  • Proficient at managing and prioritizing multiple internal and external communication platforms.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving tech startup environment.

  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required.

  • Reliable and secure internet access.
